01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" — The dino69 website accessible at https://dino69.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and tools made available thereon.
• "User" / "You" — Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — The registered user profile created by a User upon completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Funds" — Any monetary amounts deposited by the User into their Account balance, held by the Company for the purpose of wagering.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any staked amount placed by the User on a game, sports event, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by dino69 to a User subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the mandatory identity and age verification process required before full Account functionality is enabled.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total betting volume required before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory in which the User's access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for transactions on the Platform for Indonesian users.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the Platform. dino69 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming principles and applicable international standards. Any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed to serve users located in Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, and all other regions of the Indonesian archipelago. Users must satisfy themselves that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before proceeding.

dino69 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their country of residence and to comply with any applicable laws. The Company does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions and are not legally prohibited from engaging in online gambling under any court order, regulatory decision, or applicable law. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from dino69.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal details — including your address, contact number, or banking information — must be promptly updated through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. dino69 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify dino69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

dino69 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

dino69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in circumstances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, suspected collusion, chargebacks, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of Account closure, any verified remaining balance may be returned to the User subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation of the absence of any outstanding bonus-related wagering obligations.

04 KYC Verification

4.1 Mandatory Verification

All Users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before deposits are accepted and before any withdrawal request may be processed. KYC verification is a mandatory legal and operational requirement that enables dino69 to confirm your identity, verify your age, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

4.2 Required Documentation

To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) displaying your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government-issued document displaying your full name and current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months;
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your KTP adjacent to your face, taken in good lighting;
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds, such as a bank statement header or e-wallet account screenshot displaying your registered name.

4.3 Verification Processing

dino69 endeavors to review and process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). During peak periods, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your verification review.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation

dino69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including (without limitation) source-of-funds declarations, enhanced due diligence documentation, or updated identity documents where previously submitted documents have expired or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dino69 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Indonesian users:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia);
• Electronic Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Other methods as may be introduced by dino69 from time to time and displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Users may review current deposit limits within the cashier section of their Account or by contacting customer support. dino69 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

All deposited funds must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the Account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within two (2) to fifteen (15) minutes following confirmed receipt of the transfer by our payment processor.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders who have successfully completed KYC. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Account holder's legal name. The Company reserves the right to decline any withdrawal to a payment account whose ownership cannot be verified.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by Account tier and payment method. VIP Gold tier members may be subject to higher withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP programme documentation.

5.6 Withdrawal Processing Times

dino69 processes withdrawal requests in the following timeframes, measured in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7):

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 5 minutes of approval;
• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to bank operating hours;
• Other Bank Transfers (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): Within 2 to 4 hours, subject to bank clearing schedules.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be processed on the next business day. dino69 does not charge withdrawal fees, though any third-party bank or e-wallet charges remain the responsibility of the User.

5.7 Account Cancellation and Irrevocability of Transactions

Once placed, wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the User. Deposits once confirmed will be credited to your Account balance and may be used for wagering. You acknowledge that transactions processed on the Platform are final and irrevocable. Any attempt to reverse a transaction via chargeback or payment-dispute mechanisms constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

5.8 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. dino69 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder. Where the Account holder cannot be contacted or fails to respond within a further thirty (30) days, the Company may deduct a reasonable administrative fee and, where permitted by applicable law, designate any remaining balance as unclaimed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Nature of Bonuses

dino69 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives. Where a bonus is extended, the specific terms governing that bonus — including any applicable wagering requirement, maximum bet limit, game eligibility, and expiry period — will be displayed in the relevant promotion materials and form an integral part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise expressly stated, bonuses are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed at odds lower than 1.50 for sports or on games excluded from promotion eligibility do not contribute toward wagering requirements. Contributed bets contribute 100% of the stake amount toward the requirement.

6.3 Maximum Bonus Stakes

Where a wagering requirement applies, the maximum permitted stake per bet using bonus funds shall not exceed Rp 100,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency). Betting in excess of this limit with bonus funds may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at the Company's discretion.

6.4 One Bonus Per User

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, bonuses are granted on a strictly one-per-User basis. A single individual — identified by name, IP address, payment method, phone number, email address, or any other identifier — may only claim each promotional offer once. Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts, bonus hunting, or arbitrage betting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account termination.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless explicitly stated in applicable promotional materials, all unused bonuses and associated winnings expire thirty (30) days after the bonus is credited to your Account. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the applicable wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All wagers are subject to the rules specific to the game or sporting market being bet on, as presented on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. If any general rule on the Platform conflicts with a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

7.2 Placement of Bets

You may place wagers on sports events (including football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, motor racing such as MotoGP, and e-sports), casino games, live dealer games, and other products as offered from time to time. A wager is deemed placed only after it is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, and the receipt confirmation is displayed in your Account history.

7.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

dino69 reserves the right to void any wager in total or in part where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the outcome is affected by circumstances beyond the Company's control. Where a sporting event is cancelled before commencement, all related wagers will be refunded in full. For events that are interrupted, the relevant rules applicable to that event type shall govern the treatment of affected wagers.

7.4 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout per wager may vary by Account tier and product category. Standard maximum payouts are displayed within the respective market and are subject to the Company's sole discretion. The Company is not liable for payouts exceeding the stated maximum or for any wagers placed in excess of the maximum stake limit entered by the User as a result of technical error.

7.5 Errors, Malfunctions, and Mathematically Incorrect Odds

If a wager is placed on the basis of an incorrect price, odds, line, or market due to a technical error, display fault, or human error, the Company is entitled to void the affected wager(s) and return the relevant stake to your Account. Under no circumstances may an error, malfunction, stale price, or voided wager give rise to any claim for compensation beyond the return of the original stake.

7.6 Live Betting and Live Streaming

Live betting is offered on a range of sports and events. Live odds may change rapidly and the displayed odds may not always reflect the true live market. The final result is determined by the official score or outcome as published by the relevant governing body. For live-streamed events, display may be subject to a minor time delay (typically 5-15 seconds), and you are responsible for ensuring wagers reflect your intended position before confirmation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

In addition to any other restrictions set out in these Terms, you agree that you shall not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is unlawful;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using the Platform on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Facilitating or participating in any form of cheating, collusion, or syndicate betting;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing wagers on behalf of a minor or any third party;
• Directly or indirectly engaging in money laundering or any related activity, including the use of funds of unlawful origin;
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or take unfair advantage of any error, bug, or fault in the Platform software;
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards any staff member, agent, or other User;
• Attempting to gain access to the Platform through any unauthorized means, including denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or intrusion attempts.

8.2 Consequences of Breach

Where dino69 reasonably determines that a User has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct described above, the Company shall be entitled to take such action as it deems appropriate, including (without limitation):

• Withholding, voiding, or forfeiting any winnings or balance attributable to the breach;
• Suspending or permanently closing the relevant Account(s);
• Reporting the User to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities (whether in Indonesia or abroad);
• Blocking access to the Platform from any associated IP addresses.

09 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its domain name, logos, graphics, user interfaces, text, images, software, game libraries, and all other content and materials contained therein (collectively, "the Content"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of dino69 and its licensors. You are expressly granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your lawful use of the Platform.

You shall not, directly or indirectly, do any of the following without dino69's prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the Content;
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer any rights in the Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the Platform;
• Use the Content for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Content.

Any breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and shall entitle dino69 to seek all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, dino69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even where dino69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 Force Majeure

dino69 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising directly or indirectly from any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, equipment or software malfunction, government action, and regulatory changes.

10.3 Platform Availability

While dino69 endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, timely, secure, or free from error, and you agree that dino69 shall not be liable for any loss arising from any such interruption or unavailability.

10.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services, including payment processors and game studios, for the provision of certain functionality. dino69 shall not be liable for any failure, malfunction, or loss arising from the operation of such third-party services to the extent outside our reasonable control.

11 Responsible Gaming

dino69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting the well-being of our players. You are encouraged to use the suite of responsible gaming tools made available on your Account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a set period;
• Wagering Limits: Set maximum wagers per bet and per day;
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a chosen period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for an extended period, ranging from one month to a lifetime, during which you will not be able to open gaming access;
• Cool Off: Take a temporary break from gameplay while retaining access to your Account balance and withdrawal functionality.

Gambling should always be considered entertainment, not a means of generating income. 12 Privacy & Data

Under no circumstances will your personal data be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

13 Amendments

dino69 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where you do not agree to amended Terms, your sole remedy shall be to cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of any verified balance held in your Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dino69 is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. dino69 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform; it is not subject to regulation by any specific Indonesian government body, as online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia.

To the extent that any of these Terms conflicts with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, the User acknowledges that they are accessing and using the platform at their own initiative and shall remain solely responsible for their compliance with applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising between you and dino69 shall first be referred to the Company for informal resolution. Where agreement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your written notification of the dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.
